Organic Iron Sustain contains 25 mg of elemental iron from the easily absorbed form of iron (II) glycinate. Iron helps support the formation of haemoglobin in the blood, which helps support the transport of oxygen in the body to relieve tiredness and feeling of weakness. Supplementing with Organic Iron Sustain helps to prevent iron deficiency.

Directions
