How to Use

Adults: Take 1 gel capsule daily with a main meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Selancy for Women should ideally be taken at least 4-6 weeks prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Store below 25C and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if blister pack is compromised.
