When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms/RE for women and 900 micrograms/RE for men.

Marine collagen (hydrolysed collagen) 1.25 g; Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 56.25 micrograms/RE; Nicotinamide 12.50 mg; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg; Biotin 625 micrograms; Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 6.18 mg; Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 2.50 mg.

Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:
