Directions

Mix 60g or 3 level scoops (scoop inside can) of Sustagen Hospital Sport into a glass (165ml) of water (or reduced fat/full cream milk, depending on taste). May be kept at 4 degrees in refrigerator for 24 hours. Can be served hot, great in winter.
For flavour variety, add your favourite topping (ie; caramel, banana, strawberry, etc) or canned or fresh fruit and blend.
For additional nutrition, Sustagen Sport can be added to other foods, used in baking, or sprinkled on breakfast cereals.
