Revvies Hypotonic Electrolyte Drink contains up to 5 times less sugar than isotonic sports drinks. Because this is a sports hydration formula it includes the four key electrolytes found in sweat: sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Unlike many hydration formulas Revvies electrolyte levels align with World Health Organisations (WHO) standards for Oral Rehydration Therapy Solutions. Directions

RECOMMENDED USE
For general hydration take one serve a day.  For rehydration after 60 minutes of activity take 2 serves. For activity lasting over 60 minutes take two serves each hour.
