Detach a uni-dose ampoule.

Use the solution.

Ingredients

Sodium Chloride USP 5.7g/L
Potassium Phosphate Monobasic 5.8g/L.

Warnings

Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
If user is allergic to any of the product, do not use.
Do not use simultaneously except on medical advice.
Once opened, discard and unused solution immediately.
Do not contaminate solution during use.
