Directions for use - Shake well before use. For Everyday Recovery Body Bath Soak: Pour a cap full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 muinutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits. For Sports Recovery Body Bath Muscle Soak: Pour 2 caps full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 muinutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits. For Foot Bath Soak: Pour half a cap and blend into a warm to hot foot bath. Soak feet for at least 10-15 muinutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
