Common Uses

The soothing effects of Lemon, Peppermint and Lavender essential oils have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of headaches and mild migraines such as a throbbing head, sinusitis, nausea, nervous tension and sleeplessness.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Each mL of PURE ESSENTIAL OIL contains essential oils from: Citrus limon (Lemon) Fruit peel 620 ?L, Mentha X piperita(Peppermint) Leaves 300 ?L, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender)Herb top flowering 80 ?L.

Directions

How to Use (Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day):Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser. Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage onto temples and back of neck. The mixture can be kept for 24hours at room temperature.
