Directions
Step 1: Use spoolie to groom/comb brow hairs in place.
Step 2: Apply gel to fill and shape brows with the precise doe foot applicator. Use spoolie to gently blend away any harsh lines.
Step 3: Allow product to dry for 60 seconds without touching to set in place.
