Directions

1. Wash and nipple shield before use
2. Remove from case and place over the nipple
3. Start breastfeeding
4. After breastfeeding, wash and sterilise thoroughly.
5. Dry and place back in hard case to prevent any distortion

Sterilise in either a sterilisers or boiling water for 2-3 minutes
Store in a cool dry place
Avoid direct sunlight
