Directions
HOW: Serve size = 25g (Approx 1/2 levelled scoop). Add 1 serve to 250-350mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.
Isotonic Mixing Direction: Mix 1 serve with 250mL of cold water.
WHEN: Take maximum 1 serve per day within 60-90 minutes prior to or during exercise.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Discard contents 3 months after opening.STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
