INGREDIENTS: Each hard capsule contains:
Iron (II) glycinate (Ferrous bisglycinate) 87.7 mg
Equiv. to Iron 24 mg
Sodium ascorbate 562.4 mg
Equiv. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg

Directions

Adults, take 1 hard capsule, once daily with water, after a meal. Or as directed by your health professional.
