Melrose Organic Evening Primrose Oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the evening primrose flower, which blooms only at sunset. Evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA); a unique omega-6 fatty acid that assists in the production of hormones necessary for many important bodily functions.
