Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-3 chewable tablets as a single dose. Take dose at bedtime or as advised by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed 3 chewable tablets in 24 hours except on medical advice. Store below 30 C. Please recycle packaging.
