Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine is non-medicinal so can be used with pain medication to help maximise your relief. For best results use at the first signs of migraine/ headache. Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine is safe to use during pregnancy and can also be during the hot summer months to cool and refresh. *The duration of cooling depends on conditions of usage.

Directions

?Take one soft gel sheet, remove transparent film and place on forehead or back of neck.
?Cut the KOOL 'n' SOOTHE gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary.
?Does not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin.
?Single use only, for hygiene and effectiveness.
?Re-application will cause the gel sheet to become less adhesive.
