Directions

Serving Size = 10g (2 Level Scoops). The scoop provided filled up to the top twice equals the recommended 10g serve. HOW: Add 10g (2 scoops) to 400ml-600ml of cold water, juice or other beverage. Stir or shake until dissolved. WHEN: Use 30 minutes prior to exercise. Consumer 1 Serve per day
