Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3)  25microgram (1000IU)
Ferrous sulfate-dried  55.64mg
 equiv. to Iron 18mg
Tricalcium phosphate 588.20mg
 equiv. to Calcium 200mg
Zinc gluconate 19.71mg
 equiv. to Zinc 2.5mg

No added lactose, gluten, starch, yeast, artificial colours or preservatives

Directions

'Adults: Take 6g (per serve) daily or as prescribed by your health professional.
Mix with 250 mL water and stir. Drink once dissolved.
