Each hard capsule contains:
Magnesium amino acid chelate  550mg equiv. to Magnesium 110mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. dry conc 75mg  from dry herb 300mg, 
Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc 50mg  from dry flower 250mg, Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus) ext. dry conc 100mg from dry fruit 1g (1,000mg)
CONTAINS NO ADDED: artificial flavours or preservatives

Directions

Adults: Take 2 hard capsules, 30 minutes before bed. Best taken with food, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
