Ingredients

Contains Arnica montana, Nigella sativa,  Calendula officinalis, Melaleuca alternifolia, Hypericum perforatum, Wintergreen, Boswellia serrata, and Lemongrass for the temporary relief of mild osteoarthritis and muscle and joint pain.

Directions

Apply 2-5g  of fisiocrem arthritis gel 2 - 3 times a day to the affected area.
