Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed extract dry concentrate (Jujube), 
Passiflora incarnata flower extract dry concentrate (Passion Flower), 
Melissa officinalis leaf extract dry concentrate (Lemon Balm), 
Magnesium Oxide, 
Magnesium Citrate, 
Valeriana officinalis root extract dry concentrate (Valerian), 
Lepidium meyenii tuber extract dry concentrate (Maca), 
Matricaria chamomilla flower extract dry concentrate (Blue Chamomile), Corydalis ambigua rhizhome extract dry concentrate (Corydalis), 
Piper nigrum fruit extract dry concentrate (Black Pepper).

Directions

Adults only, take 3 hard capsules with water once daily in the evening, or as directed by your health professional. 

Store below 25 C in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or missing.
