IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Australian Dental Association recommends toothbrushing should be done twice per day. It should be done in the morning and again at night for two minutes each time. Directions

Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, Spit out excess paste. Don't rinse after brushing. Brush at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist.
