Ingredients

Each 3g dose contains the active ingredients:
Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf extract equil. To dry 12.5g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 300mg
Lactobacillus acidolhilus 3 Billion cfu's

Directions

Dissolve sachet content into 600ml of cold water and drink immediately.
Take two 3g sachet daily. Best taken in the morning and at lunch time.
