Each tablet contains: Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine) 1.25 g,
Sodium Hyaluronate 30 mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
12.5 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2.5 mg, D-Alpha-Tocopheryl
Acid Succinate (Vitamin E 3 IU) 2.5 mg

Directions

Directions for use: Adults: Take 2 tablets per day for collagen formation and skin health. Adults: Take 4 tablets per day to enhance skin firmness and elasticity and support skin hydration, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
