Benefiber Non-Thickening Powder. Directions Stir three quarters of a teaspoon of Benefiber Powder into at least ? a cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Ingreditents Dietary Fibre: Partially hydrolysed guar gum (100%).

Dissolves Completely In Beverage And Soft Foods.
Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
Users should start by taking three quarters teaspoon (4g) per day and gradually increase intake after several days as required. This will allow your system to adjust to a higher fibre intake.
Three quarters teaspoon (4g) contains 3 grams of dietary fibre. 12 years to adult: Do not exceed 20g per day. 7 to 11 years: Do not exceed 10g per day.
Storage Instructions: Benefiber powder should be stored at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees and protected from moisture.
Use within 6 months from opening. Should be stored out of the reach of young children.
