Directions

How: Our creatine is unflavoured. Serve size = 5g (1 rounded scoop).
Adults: Add 1 serve into your daily smoothie, protein shake or juice, or simply prepare in 250ml of water. Stir well and consume immediately. For optimal results drink plenty of water throughout the day.
