Sambucus nigra (black elder) fruit 10mg
min. equiv. to dry 500mg
std. to anthocyanins calculated as cyanidin chloride 600micrograms
Herbal extracts equiv. to dry:
Sambucus nigra (black elder) flower 333.35mg
equiv.to dry 2g
Nutrients:
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 400mg
Quercetin dihydrate 200mg
Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 5mg
Retinol acetate 176.9micrograms
equiv. to vitamin A 150micrograms retinol equivalents

Directions
Mix powder in 100 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Take as recommended or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-9 years: Give 2.5 g (1/2 scoop) once a day.
Children 10-12 years: Give 5 g (1 scoop) once a day.
